Job Description

Hoffer Pest Solutions is seeking motivated, customer-focused Pest Control Specialists to provide exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, helping people, and building lasting customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Perform pest control inspections, treatments, and preventative services Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations Provide outstanding customer service at every appointment Maintain accurate service records and documentation Operate company vehicles safely and professionally Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
