Licensed WDO technicians Pestology is growing, & we're looking to add new talent to our team. Currently we are looking for Licensed WDO technicians who are passionate about customer service & take pride in doing things the right way.️ •Customer service is non-negotiable.•Providing superior customer service is our top priority, & we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building trust & confidence with our customers.
Experience :
Licensed WDO Technicians with experience performing termite inspections, identifying wood-destroying organisms, and applying chemical and bait treatments in accordance with Florida FDACS regulations. Skilled in crawlspace inspections, customer education, documentation, and safe pesticide application. Experienced with residential and commercial termite prevention and treatment services.

Role :
As a Pestology Licensed WDO technician, your goal is to meet & exceed our customer expectations through knowledge, communication, & quality service. You must also have a strong understanding of — or the ability to learn — the laws & codes governing termites in the state of Florida. This position is hands-on (crawl spaces) & outdoors which requires the ability to work in Florida's heat & changing weather conditions while maintaining professionalism, focus, & service quality. A few things you will be responsible for: Perform inspections for termites and wood-destroying organisms Subterranean termites Drywood termites Formosan termites Wood rot and fungal decay Apply EPA-approved pesticides and termite treatments Drill, trench, bait, and foam treatment areas as needed Prepare WDO inspection reports and treatment documentation Educate customers on prevention and treatment options Maintain service records and chemical usage logs Operate company vehicles and pest control equipment safely Follow FDACS and EPA safety regulations Conduct crawlspace, attic, and structural inspections
