Responsibilities As a HomeTeam Seasonal Mosquito Technician, you can expect to: Maintain positive team environment interacting with customers, prospects, and fellow employees Provide effective and professional pest control service(s) Maintain accurate treatment/service records Demonstrate expertise and answer questions Collect payment for service Listen to customer concerns, describe the service performed, and set expectations Explain what the customer should expect after the service Explain to the customer what they can do to assist in the resolution of concerns. Recommend and schedule additional services if needed Communicate information about additional/seasonal service(s) There's plenty of perks too!
