About Us Certified Pest Solutions is a locally owned, family-operated pest control company serving Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Our company focuses on high quality service, detailed inspections, and long-term pest prevention, not quick spray-and-leave treatments. We are growing and looking for a Pest Control Technician / Sales Specialist who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers solve pest problems, and wants to grow their own service route over time. This position combines professional pest control service with field sales opportunities, allowing motivated technicians to increase their income while building long-term relationships with customers. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments Conduct inspections for ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, termites, and other pests Perform termite treatments and assist with termite baiting systems Install and maintain rodent bait stations and trapping programs Perform mosquito treatments and seasonal pest services Perform minor exclusion work to prevent pest entry Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment options Maintain clean equipment and company vehicle Document service notes and reports using company software Sales & Route Growth This role includes opportunities to grow your service route and increase earnings. Technicians are expected to help grow their route by: Identifying pest problems during service visits and recommending solutions Upselling additional services such as termite protection, mosquito control, or rodent programs Generating referrals from satisfied customers Clover-leafing nearby homes around scheduled service stops Providing professional recommendations during inspections Technicians who take initiative and build strong customer relationships have strong earning potential. Technicians are expected to:

Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit Perform thorough inspections, not quick spray-and-leave treatments Clearly explain pest issues and treatment plans to customers Maintain a clean and professional appearance Look for conditions that may lead to pest problems and educate customers Help generate customer reviews and referrals through excellent service Take pride in protecting customers' homes and businesses Our goal is to build long-term relationships with customers, and technicians play a key role in creating that experience. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Is motivated to grow their route and increase their income Communicates well with customers Works independently and manages their time well Wants to build a long-term career in pest control Experience in pest control is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field State pest control license is a plus but not required.
