Pest Control & Termite Specialist

Job Summary Bug Pro Florida is currently interviewing for an experienced Pest & Termite Specialist . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and is confident identifying and recommending solutions in the field. For over 22 years, we've proudly served the Jacksonville community with one mission: Send Bugs Packing. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments and inspections Conduct termite inspections and perform treatments as needed Identify pest activity and provide effective solutions to protect customer properties Educate customers on pest and termite prevention and services Communicate clearly with customers and team members Complete all service documentation accurately on-site Review routes, notes, and service history ahead of each day Maintain equipment and ensure truck readiness Identify, recommend, and help close additional services (termite, exclusion, etc.) Qualifications 3-5 years pest control experience preferred Termite experience is a plus (inspections, treatments, or estimates) Florida Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening Strong communication and customer service skills Team player with a positive, professional attitude Compensation & Benefits $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Commission opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Why Bug Pro Florida?
