Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals, traps, or natural methods in accordance with safety guidelines climb on roof top to excluded animal/rodent from entering the building/residentence Perform lawn care, and basic maintenance to support healthy outdoor spaces Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to carry out treatments and landscape enhancements Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while maintaining a clean driving record Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Keep detailed records of treatments performed, materials used, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products (but willing to train)! Experience with lawn care, landscaping, agriculture practices is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery efficiently and safely Excellent driving skills with a valid license for transportation between job sites Familiarity with the use of land management equipment and safety protocols Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with clients Willingness to learn new techniques in pest management, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.
