This specific route, is in Miami International Airport. We provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed. Job Responsibilities & Expectations Manage and service an assigned commercial pest control route Apply pest control treatments and solutions based on customer needs and pest activity Educate customers and provide honest recommendations to resolve pest concerns Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers at all times Safely operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment Complete services thoroughly and efficiently while upholding company standards Qualifications Bilingual preferred Valid driver's license required Must pass a background check Pest control experience is welcomed but not required — training will be provided Ability to carry equipment, including ladders, as needed Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing attic spaces Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, and honest Sales ability is a plus, but integrity and customer trust are most important Scheduling Expectations Availability for occasional Saturdays as needed Ability to service some early morning accounts (5am-6am) On call during evenings and weekends (alternating and not often) What We Value Integrity and honesty in all situations Strong work ethic and professionalism Taking pride, heart, and passion in your work Treating customers and teammates with respect Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid time off Opportunities for growth and increased earnings Compensation Base pay + commission opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
