Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable IPM Tech to support our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and assist with general greenhouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on plant work and is interested in biocontrol in cannabis Key Responsibilities:
Report to the IPM Manager Apply organic and biological pest control products according to established protocols Assist with the release of beneficial insects Scout crops regularly for pests, disease, and plant health issues Accurately record observations and report findings to the IPM Manager Support general greenhouse tasks, including plant care, sanitation, spray equipment maintenance Follow all safety procedures at all times Qualifications:
Experience in greenhouse production, horticulture, or agriculture Experience applying pesticides Comfortable working with insects, plants, and organic pest control materials Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks in a greenhouse environment Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday:
6 PM - 10 PM Wednesdays and Thursdays:
