Job Description

•Education and Experience Requirements Experienced Lawn & Shrub Technician with Termite experience. Salary based on experience shown• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 2 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid FL driver's license for required travel with company vehicle Ability to pass drug screen test. Hrs 7:00-4:30
Responsibilities:
Prepares daily route for treatment & diagnosis of lawn and shrubs. Must be able to read and figure proper measurements according to the label. Observe and diagnose all and any lawn or shrub issues that may occur as well as convey to the client with a plan of action to resolve issue. Customer communication and ability to problem solve any lawn/shrub issues are a MUST!! Apply treatments in a safe, accurate and proper manner. Must be a self starter with the ability to follow through to clients. Must be willing to learn all aspects of Lawn, Termite and Pest control. Maintain and take care of your company vehicle by keeping up with maintenance schedules and repairs. Willing to step up and help fellow employees if need to complete routes in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence to clients and follow up with. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to apply to current issues. Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations. Maintain valid driver's license.
