Role Description We are seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Field Specialist . This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for those who are driven and customer-focused. The Field Specialist will be responsible for mosquito and pest control services, customer interaction, and maintaining safety and professionalism in all aspects of the job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow a computerized daily route Participate fully in certification and training programs to meet licensing requirements Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional service Perform mosquito control work, including mixing and applying pesticide products Operate a backpack blower (up to 60 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain Respond to customer inquiries and notify owner(s) of complaints or issues for timely resolution Complete job documentation accurately and promptly Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate it safely and legally Work in compliance with OSHA policies, state requirements, and safety procedures Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Must be 21 or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 4 years Excellent customer relation skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Must pass drug testing and background checks Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, carry, push, and pull during work Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods Why Join Us?
