In this role, you will utilize your expertise in pest management, lawn care, and landscaping to identify, treat, and prevent pest issues across diverse settings. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure high-quality service delivery while promoting healthy outdoor and indoor spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pest control, and the use of various hand tools and power equipment. Drug free workplace. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest infestations and environmental conditions conducive to pests. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using specialized chemicals and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Develop customized pest management plans that incorporate lawn care, landscaping techniques, and sustainable practices. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, site conditions, and follow-up recommendations for clients. Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment efficiently to support pest control activities and site maintenance. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including landscaping adjustments and proper use of pesticides or natural deterrents. Requirements Previous experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, or landscaping is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between sites. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide exceptional customer service. Bilingual preferred and a team player.
