Responsibilities:

Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, both indoors and outdoors Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering top-quality service and solutions Manage daily routes with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Use and maintain pest control equipment and products safely and professionally Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times Communicate with clients to assess their needs, offer pest control solutions, and follow up on service quality Keep accurate records of services rendered, including customer feedback and pest control measures

Qualifications:

No prior pest control experience necessary - we will train you Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions Consistently follow detailed instructions while maintaining compliance with safety protocols Properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with workplace safety requirements Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong self-motivation and reliability Must be 21 years of age or older (required for insurance compliance) Must have clean driving record and criminal background check (REQUIRED)
