Job Description

We are a fast-growing sales organization committed to providing innovative products and services that enhance the daily lives of our customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Pest Control Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Pest Control Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue growth while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. As a Pest Control Sales Specialist, you will conduct residential property inspections to identify pest-related concerns, recommend customized treatment solutions, and collaborate with the service team to ensure successful implementation. You will utilize customer-focused sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales goals, customer satisfaction benchmarks, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities of a
Pest Control Sales Specialist:
Conduct residential property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored treatment solutions. Create customized pest control plans and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Educate customers on preventative pest control services and recommend products and solutions that best fit their needs. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by securing new accounts, upselling additional services, and maximizing customer value. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service, problem-solving, and trust. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inspections, and service details in compliance with company standards.
Pest Control Sales Specialist Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. Prior Pest Control Sales Specialist experience is highly desirable. Prior experience in pest control sales is highly preferred. Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
