Pest Control Technician Paid time off Paid training Full Job Description Mosquito Shield Field Technician, Central Tampa Bay (33624) Mosquito Shield of Central Tampa Bay is building a team of Technicians/Applicators to continue to bring mosquito control to homes and businesses in Central Hillsborough County. We're seeking energetic candidates who enjoy hands-on problem-solving, who thrive with physical and technical work and have a passion for exemplary customer service.
What We Offer:
Competitive base pay, depending on experience. Commission and bonus incentives. Work Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturdays). Paid holidays. Paid training at $16 per hour for 2 weeks Uniform and cellphone provided.
Responsibilities:
Work routes with efficiency and professionalism. Spray properties with precision and expertise. Provide excellent customer service to retain customers. Expertly answer frequently asked client questions. Maintain equipment through maintenance/cleaning.
Requirements:
Current Florida Pest Control applicator license (JE) Valid driver's license & clean driving record. Excellent people skills. High work ethic. Ability to work independently. Ability to carry a 40-45lb backpack sprayer. Willing to work outdoors. Ability to pass background check.
