At Pest Authority & Mosquito Authority, we protect homes, yards, families, and businesses with authority. We are seeking a Sales & Service Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines professional pest and mosquito service delivery with business development and relationship building. You'll spend part of your time providing expert service to existing customers and part of your time generating growth through office-generated leads, commercial prospecting, networking, and community involvement. Our Specialists are trusted advisors who educate customers, solve problems, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our local presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform mosquito, pest control, and Barrier 360 treatments on residential and commercial properties. Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity, entry points, conducive conditions, and mosquito breeding areas. Recommend solutions and additional protection opportunities based on customer needs. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and follow-up. Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly. Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean company vehicle and safely operate company equipment. Sales & Business Development Run company-provided sales opportunities and convert leads into customers. Identify opportunities to expand customer protection programs and bundled services. Prospect for new commercial and residential business opportunities within assigned markets. Build relationships with local businesses, property managers, HOA leaders, real estate professionals, and community partners. Represent the company through local networking organizations and community involvement. Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, ribbon cuttings, business events, and community functions. Support local marketing initiatives and route expansion efforts. Maintain and develop referral relationships to support long-term growth. Professional Development & Operations Participate fully in training opportunities and licensing requirements. Follow Georgia regulations, OSHA standards, and company operating procedures. Safely use equipment including sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers (up to 60 lbs.) in outdoor environments including heat and uneven terrain. Work a flexible schedule as business needs require, including occasional evenings or weekends. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with a strong driving record Current Georgia Registered Employee or Certified Operator license in Structural Pest Control preferred (or willingness to obtain) Sales, customer service, business development, or pest control experience preferred Comfortable networking and engaging with customers and community groups Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, lift, and work outdoors Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation Additional performance-based earning opportunities Sales commissions and growth bonuses Health Insurance Paid training and licensing support Career advancement opportunities Healthy work/life balance approach Company vehicle and equipment provided Ideal Candidate If you enjoy solving problems, meeting people, growing relationships, and taking ownership of your success.
