Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding properties and landscapes from unwanted pests. This energetic position involves inspecting, identifying, and eliminating pests using proven techniques and tools. You will provide exceptional service to clients by applying pest control solutions efficiently and safely, ensuring their environment remains healthy, safe, and pest-free. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals, equipment, and techniques while adhering to safety standards Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and client interactions Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance or treatment plans Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest control applications Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean driving record Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming activities as needed to support overall property health Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related fields is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment confidently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles to multiple locations Familiarity with land management practices or agricultural techniques is a plus Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies throughout the workday Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management and land maintenance Join us in delivering top-tier pest control services that protect homes, businesses, and landscapes!
