Job Overview:

Vertex Pest Control is a locally owned family business. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in building customer loyalty by providing exceptional pest control services. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing pest control operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives promptly. No current pest control licensing is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality pest control services to residential customers within the Treasure Valley. Conduct thorough inspections of customer premises to identify pest issues and develop appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to federal/state regulations and company protocols. Educate customers on pest prevention measures. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment details and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to share insights, techniques, and best practices. Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to travel to customer locations.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass drug screenings. Clean background check (no felonies). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of standing, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching over your head, and lifting over 50 pounds. Pest control experience or relevant certifications are a plus.

Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive compensation based on experience ($20.00-$22.00 per Hr). $500.00 Sign on

Bonus End of Summer Bonus:

$1,500.00-$2,000.00 Must work the full summer schedule to qualify.

We are willing to help find housing and pay the deposit.
