Exo Pest Control is seeking a highly motivated Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated crew. We are a small company and rely heavily on our team that works directly with our customers. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies and treatment plans based on inspection findings. Safely and efficiently apply pest control products according to industry standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on pest prevention measures and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments performed, and any recommendations made. Continuously stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety protocols. Be Reliable, Exo Pest is a small business and we are looking for people we can count on and they can count on us.

Requirements:

Valid pest control technician license or willingness to obtain one. Proven experience in pest control or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and appropriate treatment methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different pest control scenarios. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
