Pest Control Sales & Service Technician Talos Pest Control Meridian, ID Job Details Part-time $15 - $25 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Pest control Sales Customer service In-home experience Landscaping Full Job Description Talos Pest Control is hiring a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented team member for a field service role with strong sales upside. This position is primarily a pest control service technician role. The right person will perform residential and commercial pest control services, communicate with customers, document work accurately, and help identify opportunities where customers may benefit from additional services. Pest management experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, talking with customers, solving problems, and earning additional income through performance.

Compensation This role includes:

Hourly pay for service work and required company duties Production bonus for completed service work Commission for approved sales generated Final compensation will depend on experience, licensing, and performance. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services Inspect properties and identify pest issues Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Complete service notes, documentation, and follow-up tasks accurately Represent Talos Pest Control professionally in the field Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services Generate sales opportunities through customer conversations and field observations Follow up on assigned sales opportunities when applicable Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness, and product inventory Follow company procedures and safety standards Qualifications Pest control experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who is: Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable working independently in the field Willing to learn pest control service procedures and sales processes Able to use a phone, tablet, or software system for notes and scheduling Interested in performance-based earning opportunities Preferred, But Not Required Pest management or route service experience Sales or customer service experience Experience in home services, trades, landscaping, maintenance, or field work Idaho pest control licensing or willingness to become licensed Why Join Talos?
