Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring safety and environmental compliance Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform treatments and maintenance tasks efficiently Develop customized pest management plans based on site assessments and client needs Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, pest activity observed, and follow-up actions required Assist with lawn care, landscaping projects, or farming activities as needed to support property health and aesthetics Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Experience Prior experience in pest control is highly desirable; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with sales techniques to educate clients about pest prevention strategies is a plus Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture enhances your ability to serve diverse client needs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery ensures effective treatment application and property maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites Ability to operate farm machinery or landscaping equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Embark on an energetic career path where your skills make a real difference!
