Mosquito Control Technician

Job Description:

The Mosquito Control Technician will be responsible for their own route in which they will perform mosquito and tick control services Successful candidates will have a high attention to detail, a growth mindset, and a focus on exceptional customer service. This role is well suited for someone who is looking to be a part of a fast growing locally owned business with the potential to grow into a larger role in the future.

Who We Are:

Evergreen Organic Mosquito Control is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in natural mosquito and tick control. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to: Providing professional pest control with a focus on excellent customer service Proper application techniques and compliance with State Department of Agriculture standards, rules, and regulations Completion of required paperwork Loading assigned vehicle Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment Community sales - door hangers, D2D, quote interested prospective customers

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in lawn care or pest control Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays Have valid state driver's license with less than 4 points Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably Active Illinois pesticide operator license
