We take pride in doing quality work, treating customers well, and creating a workplace where employees feel supported. We know most people do not grow up dreaming of becoming a pest control technician. I didn't either. But if you enjoy helping people, working independently, driving during the day, and learning hands-on skills, this might be a great fit. What the Job Looks Like A normal day includes driving between customer appointments, inspecting homes or businesses, and applying pest control products safely and correctly. You will use different tools and treatment methods depending on the work order. When the job is done right, you help protect homes, businesses, families, and pets from unwanted pests. Customers are usually happy to see you, and you get to solve problems for people several times a day. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services Inspect properties for pest activity and entry points Apply pest products safely and according to label and laws Complete basic exclusion work when needed Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Keep accurate service records Drive between scheduled jobs Maintain tools and equipment Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license required Good driving record required Reliable transportation required Comfortable working independently Good customer service skills Willingness to learn Handy with basic tools is a plus Knowledge of residential or commercial construction is a plus What We Offer On-the-job training Flexible working hours Growth opportunities Positive work environment Seasonal and year-round opportunities depending on workload Occasional bonuses Opportunity for higher pay as skills and performance grow Schedule This is a part-time position to start. Full-time hours may be available for the right person. The work is somewhat seasonal, so we will review workload and scheduling needs in the winter. Pay Starting pay is around $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and ability. Higher pay is possible as you learn, grow, and prove yourself. We want this to be a good fit for both sides.
