As a Pest Control Service Technician , your primary responsibility is to provide safe, effective treatments and peace of mind to our customers. While your focus will be on service, you'll also have the opportunity to support our sales team by identifying needs or recommending solutions — and earn extra pay when those opportunities lead to new or expanded services. There are no quotas or direct sales responsibilities. Work Schedule Monday to

Friday:

Full-time, 8-hour days Two Saturdays per month; these are overtime as needed (paid at time-and-a-half)

Compensation Pay:

Starting $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience, or 15% of production, whichever is more

Plus:

Overtime, bonuses, and incentive pay for supporting sales

Estimated First-Year Earnings:
