What You'll Do As a Lawn Care Specialist, you'll manage your own route and help homeowners throughout Central Indiana improve the health and appearance of their lawns.

Responsibilities include:

Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments Mixing and handling products safely Maintaining equipment and vehicles Communicating with customers at each property Diagnosing lawn issues and recommending solutions Delivering exceptional customer service Most technicians service approximately 20-25 properties per day. Experience Preferred, But Not Required We are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know about lawn care, turf health, weed control, equipment operation, and customer service. That said, we do give preference to candidates who already have industry experience.

Ideal candidates may have:

Previous lawn care or turf management experience Experience applying fertilizer and weed control products An Indiana Registered Technician (RT) license An Indiana Category 3B Turf Pest Control license Licensed and experienced technicians may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience and certifications. What Makes Someone Successful Here Our top technicians: Take pride in doing quality work Pay attention to details Enjoy working independently Communicate professionally with customers Stay organized and accountable Want a stable, long-term career Compensation Starting pay: $18 per hour plus bonus, if you have no experience Production bonuses can add up to $4 per hour. Most technicians earn approximately $22 per hour. Experienced technicians can earn up to $26 per hour or more with bonuses and certifications. Additional bonus opportunities are available through customer review programs and performance incentives.
