Pest Control Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and applying safe and effective treatments to control and prevent infestations. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential and/or commercial properties for pest activity Identify pest species and determine appropriate treatment plans Apply pesticides and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate service records and reports Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No experience necessary; will provide on the job training Ability to obtain and maintain state pest control license/certification Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to lift up to [40] lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors) Benefits Competitive pay Company vehicle and equipment Paid training and licensing support 401K Matching Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement How to Apply - Reply to
