Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply pest control treatments using a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized farm machinery when necessary. Develop customized pest management plans that incorporate environmentally friendly methods and adhere to safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions to ensure compliance and quality standards Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while maintaining a clean driving record. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance or treatment plans for long-term results. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles is advantageous. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members. Willingness to learn about integrated pest management techniques and environmental safety protocols.
