You will… deliver high quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers; inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage; install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations; inspect and bait stations on a regular basis; serve as consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary; build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters; seek opportunities for customer base growth; read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services; develop and maintain records of activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements; …And serve as a key member of the branch team! Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
