In this energetic role, you will assess pest issues, apply effective treatments, and provide expert advice to ensure long-term pest management solutions. Your proactive approach will help protect homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests while promoting healthy landscapes and agricultural practices. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, or farm machinery, following safety protocols and environmental regulations Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs, emphasizing sustainable practices when possible Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and follow-up recommendations for clients Use driving skills to travel between multiple job sites efficiently while adhering to safety standards Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming tasks as needed to support overall property health and aesthetics Operate various tools and equipment including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform maintenance or treatment applications Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products Experience with lawn care, landscaping, agriculture or farming practices is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery and other equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between job sites Familiarity with the use of land management or pest control software is a plus Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans and safety procedures to clients Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels Embark on a rewarding career that combines technical expertise with outdoor work!
