Job Description

Termite Specialist- Greater New Orleans area
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is $19-23 per/hr DOE 10% commission on residential termite sales 15% commission on residential general pest sales Work vehicle for company use Gas card for company vehicle Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k with up to 4% company matching EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Paid time off Spidexx is currently seeking an experienced termite professional. This Termite Technician position requires prior experience in termite treatments and inspections. You will be interacting with owners during initial and annual termite inspections, performing preventative treatments, and eliminating termite infestations using safe pest control products in residential and commercial settings. This includes utilizing materials like Sentricon Bait Stations and Termidor SC. If you are passionate about helping people and enhancing their living environments, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, Saturday service as necessary. Must be flexible.

Requirements:
Hold a valid LP3 Termite licence Must live in the New Orleans, Louisiana, area or plan to relocate there Must be FRIENDLY and
PROFESSIONAL
in every interaction with customers Must be able to maintain a
HIGH-QUALITY
standard of work with little supervision Must be able to work outside, year-round, and lift up to 50 lbs Must pass pre-employment drug screen Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record Termite mitigation experience required.
Responsibilities:
Apply pest control materials to the interior and exterior of customers' homes Provide
EXCEPTIONAL
customer service to each customer Problem solve and find the best solution to customers' issues with pests
