Job Description

Company Overview Critter Control, founded in 1983, is the leading wildlife and pest control company dedicated to protecting people, property, and wildlife. Renowned for setting industry standards, we specialize in humane animal removal and environmental conservation across the nation. Summary We diagnose and solve all types of wildlife problems such as squirrels or raccoons getting into attics or chimneys just for example. We remove or evict the animals as well as perform repairs to prevent future tr entry problems. Experience working in this field is not required, we will train you. but some experience with home service, building, carpentry, etc will be needed to be successful. We will train you. Pest control experience would help, but not required You must be willing to learn basic animal behavior and be willing to trap and remove problem wildlife. Sales experience would be very helpful You also must be able to work alone with ladders up to 32' and be comfortable working at heights, on roofs, etc.). Customer service and problem solving skills are a must. After being trained you will be required to diagnose animal problems in people homes, develop a plan to remedy the problem, present the solution to the customer, and carry out the plan. Once trained, qualified candidates should expect to make between 50K and 70K to start with room to grow and management and sales opportunities. Critter Control of Greater Boston insists on the highest level of professionalism, this includes, being dependable (on time and available to work 7:30-5:00, Monday thru Friday) with some availablity for after hours emergency calls on a rotating basis, good driving record, articulate, detail oriented, honest, and respectful.
