Beantown Pest Control is a locally owned and rapidly growing pest management company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Everett, the North Shore, and surrounding areas. A large portion of our work is located around Everett, Massachusetts and throughout the North Shore, with some work extending farther west. You'll rarely be stuck in the same place every day, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the move and working independently. What You'll Do Provide pest control services for residential and commercial customers Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, entry points, and conditions contributing to infestations Safely apply pesticides and pest management products in accordance with state regulations, product labels, and company procedures Learn and follow all pesticide safety requirements, industry regulations, and best practices Install and maintain bait stations, traps, monitoring devices, and exclusion materials Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records after each service Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and treatment plans Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between service locations throughout the day What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and capable of working independently Team player who enjoys helping others Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in basements, attics, crawl spaces, and around construction environments when necessary Valid driver's license with a good driving record Pest control experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate Why Work With Us?
