We are seeking an experienced Wildlife Control Technician to help launch and grow our expanding Wildlife Division in Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated technician to play a foundational role in building a professional wildlife program within an established and rapidly growing company.

The primary focus of this role will be wildlife inspections, trapping, exclusion, and wildlife-related services. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on wildlife control experience who enjoys working independently in the field, solving problems for customers, and contributing to the growth of a new service line. ResponsibilitiesWildlife Services Perform wildlife inspections for residential and commercial properties Identify wildlife entry points, nesting areas, and structural vulnerabilities Safely trap and remove nuisance wildlife in accordance with Massachusetts regulations Perform humane wildlife removal services where permitted Install exclusion materials including screens, vent covers, chimney caps, flashing, and preventative barriers Complete minor exclusion and repair work to prevent wildlife re-entry Educate customers on wildlife prevention and exclusion recommendations Prepare detailed inspection reports and service recommendations General Responsibilities Maintain detailed service records and inspection reports Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment Collaborate with management and office staff to deliver excellent customer service Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Requirements Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with a clean driving record Massachusetts Problem Animal Control Agent License Previous wildlife trapping and exclusion experience required Experience with nuisance wildlife including raccoons, squirrels, bats, rodents, skunks, birds, and similar species preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency using mobile applications, service software, and electronic documentation systems Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to climb ladders, access attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and other confined areas What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Company vehicle and equipment provided Paid training and licensing assistance Career growth opportunities within a growing division Supportive team environment Opportunity to help build and shape a new wildlife service line Join a company that values your expertise and gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact as we continue to grow our Wildlife Division throughout Massachusetts.
