Greater Boston Area Pay:

Training includes:
Inspection and proper assessment techniques Safe wildlife treatment and removal services Effective customer communication and education strategies Documentation and payment collection procedures Scheduling and routing systems Vehicle maintenance best practices Leadership and mentoring opportunities for future growth Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, assessments, pest and wildlife treatments according to company standards Educate customers on services, recommendations, and prevention strategies Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service Accurately document services, complete work orders, and collect payments when applicable Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, routing, and service updates Coordinate daily with supervisors to report progress and receive updates Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Complete specialty wildlife projects with precision and efficiency Support and mentor new technicians as needed Meet daily and monthly performance goals (KPIs) Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including: $26-$29 per hour base pay , depending on experience Estimated commission earnings of $15,000-$20,000 annually Monthly bonus opportunities Health and dental insurance Retirement plans with employer contributions Paid time off and holiday pay Professional development assistance and licensing support Requirements Prior experience in pest control or wildlife management required Ladder experience and fall safety training required Sales experience is a plus Ability to pass background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment screenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications Certification in wildlife management or related fields Familiarity with project management tools and techniques Experience mentoring or training team members Location We are seeking candidates located in the Greater Boston area .
