Pest Control Technician

We are hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians for year-round work in central MA. No prior experience is required - we provide paid training and support you in obtaining your pesticide license. Responsibilities Inspect and treat residential and commercial properties for common pests Operate a company vehicle and work independently in the field Complete detailed service notes and follow company procedures Participate in training with experienced technicians Pay & Benefits $22-$28 per hour starting pay (plus bonuses and incentives) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and certification Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Company vehicle and fuel card Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable, professional, and willing to learn Able to work a consistent 40-hour/week schedule Preferred Prior pest control experience or licensing (not required)
