Job Description

CERTIFIED PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN NEEDED. ALSO, PEST CONTROL HELPER TO LEARN THE INDUSTRY, WILL TRAIN RIGHT CANDIDATE
At Moran's Elite we invest in our employees and pay excellent wages for certified pest control technicians with 401k benefits after 1 year employment, healthcare, etc. Looking to hire certified technicians , technicians with at least one year experience in pest control and willing to become certified thru Maryland Department of Agriculture, pest control helper to learn the industry, get certified
  • will train right candidate and certified wildlife technician who is also certified in pest control and is willing to become certified in other pest control categories.
SIGNING BONUSES FOR ANY CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN
, plus 10% of any extra work and new accounts you find or sell!! We want our employees to make as much money as possible. Work hours Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 6p.m. and one Saturday every other month to fill exterior bait stations with the opportunity to find / sell exterior exclusion work & make a 10% commission.

Duties:
  • Conduct pest control treatments and inspections in residential and commercial properties
  • Identify and assess pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
  • Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively
  • Install and maintain pest control devices, such as traps and baits
  • Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest problems
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records
Experience:
  • Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of pests, their behavior, and treatment methods is a plus At our company, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
