Your Role:

Pest Control Specialist What We Need From you... Passion for customer service and commitment to providing high-quality service, including being on time for customers 18 years old or older A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to drive long distances safely in a company vehicle and maintain the company vehicle's cleanliness. Ability to pass a criminal background check Comfort in working outdoors year around Ability to safely move through a customer's location while carrying appropriate equipment. You may need to bend, crouch, crawl, lift 50 lbs. or climb ladders with equipment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Exposure to computers, smartphones, etc. Complete and pass state certification upon one year of service What does a "Day-in-the-Life" look like? Equipped with a company vehicle after training, you'll spend your day helping other people in your community by solving their pest challenges, building long-term relationships and protecting their homes and businesses. Firefly serves residential and commercial customers and performs pest management solutions to homes, apartments, and businesses (including restaurants), dealing with nuisance wildlife issues, and completing your daily route of service treatments. Here are a few specifics of what you would be doing each day: Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order Preparing the job site for treatment Applying treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. Interacting with customers and explaining services provided Completing production forms documenting services provided What You'll Get... Work/Life Balance:

Full-time, year-round employment paid on-going training Company vehicle to take home Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month if needed . Your day starts when you leave for your first appointment and ends upon completing your last treatment.
