Pest Control Technician

Company Overview Catch-It Wildlife & Pest Control has been serving the Kansas City metro area and surrounding regions since 1989. We are dedicated to providing effective pest management solutions and maintaining healthy, pest-free environments for our clients. Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest infestations across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. Your expertise will help ensure our customers enjoy safe, pest-free spaces while supporting their lawn care, farming, landscaping, and agricultural needs. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices for lawns, farms, or landscapes Operate farm machinery and power tools safely during treatment procedures Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans and safety instructions clearly Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety regulations Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Nice-to-have skills include experience with sales techniques related to pest control services or lawn care products Join us in making a difference by protecting homes and farms from pests while promoting healthy landscapes!
