Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative

Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment needs Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and recommend tailored service plans to meet their needs Generate new sales by engaging with potential clients through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, or community events Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and farm machinery as needed for property treatments or maintenance tasks Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Skills Proven experience or strong interest in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery confidently and safely Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and explaining technical solutions clearly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles Knowledge of pest control methods and safety protocols is preferred but not mandatory; training provided if needed Familiarity with land management practices or outdoor maintenance enhances effectiveness in the role Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions This paid position offers comprehensive training to ensure your success in pest management techniques and sales strategies.
