HoldFast Pest & Wildlife Pest Control Technician Missoula, Montana Join a Family-Owned Montana Company Built on Integrity, Service, and Environmental Responsibility HoldFast Pest & Wildlife is a locally owned, family-operated company that has proudly served Western Montana since 2012. Founded by fifth-generation pest management professional Josh McCloud, our company specializes in environmentally responsible pest management using carefully selected organic and eco-friendly products whenever practical and effective. We believe pest control can be performed responsibly while protecting families, pets, wildlife, and the environment. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, effective pest solutions, and honest recommendations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We are seeking an honest, dependable, and motivated Pest Control Technician who enjoys helping people, working independently, and being part of a team-focused culture. Position Overview As a Pest Control Technician, you will provide pest management services to residential and commercial customers throughout Missoula and surrounding communities. This position involves driving daily routes, interacting with customers, performing inspections, applying treatments, and educating customers about prevention strategies. No two days are the same. Every day brings new customers, new challenges, and opportunities to learn a valuable trade. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services. Apply organic and eco-friendly pest management products according to company standards. Read and follow detailed service notes and treatment instructions. Conduct inspections and identify pest-related concerns. Educate customers about pest prevention and treatment options. Maintain accurate service records using company software. Communicate consistently with management and team members. Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle. Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work.
