Summer Field Technician - Wildlife & Eco-Friendly Pest Control HoldFast Pest & Wildlife | Missoula & Clinton, Montana Summer Seasonal Position | Full-Time/Part-Time HoldFast Pest & Wildlife is looking for dependable seasonal help to assist our team through our busy summer and fall season. We specialize in eco-friendly pest management and humane wildlife control throughout Western Montana and are seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and helping customers. This position is ideal for college students, seasonal workers, outdoor enthusiasts, skiers looking to work through the fall, or anyone interested in learning a skilled trade. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with wildlife control and exclusion projects Performing eco-friendly pest control services Working on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics Installing traps, monitoring devices, and exclusion materials Driving between customer locations throughout Western Montana Documenting work performed and communicating with customers Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools Assisting with inspections and service-related tasks What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Personable, professional, and customer-focused Strong communication and people skills Ability to adapt and solve problems in the field Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and around heights Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Construction, landscaping, wildlife, pest control, roofing, or other trade experience is a plus but is not required.
