Full Job Description Job Description:
Performance Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crawl Space Care / Pest Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting crawl spaces, identifying pest control issues, and recommending solutions to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform crawl space inspections to assess conditions, damage, or pest activity. Identify and report pest control concerns, moisture issues, and potential hazards. Provide professional recommendations and explain findings to clients. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements:
Ability to work in crawl spaces and confined areas. Lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. Previous experience in pest control or inspections is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Steel toed boots required.
