Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming activities as needed to support overall property health and aesthetics. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and client interactions for compliance and follow-up. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with pest control techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is essential for performing various job tasks effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for travel between job sites. Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally to clients. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
