Job Description
Fenix Pest Control is a family owned company, servicing residential and commercial customers with removing and preventing pests for over 10 years. We are expanding quickly, and looking to add a motivated teammate to our growing team. Fenix Pest Control has ONE technician position that has just become available! This position does not usually open up during the summer, as the base pay plus earning potential makes it an in demand position. ABOUT THE JOB
Work one-on-one with customers to build rapport by being the face of Fenix. Explain to the customer their services, answer questions, prepare them for after our visit. Use extension poles to remove spider webs and insect nests. Service the inside and outside of the home, paying close attention to access points. Not as "Dirty" of a job as one might think. We do not go into crawl spaces, unfinished attics, or onto roofs; we do not trap any animals. Our products are safe and do not require any use of respirators or masks. This position does not require any sales.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Exceptional customer services skills. Valid Drivers license. A technician would need the ability to pay attention to detail. Pest Control License not required; we will help guide you in obtaining the proper state licensing to become certified. Job requires a background check, drug screening and driving record for any technicianPAY, BENEFITS AND PERKS
Production pay OR base pay- Whichever is more! Work vehicle can be driven home nightly by technician Company fuel card. Opportunities for Advancement. Paid Time Off and Sick time Paid training and licensing preparation. Bonus and incentives
- earning potential depends on client reviews and hard work. HOURS 60+ hours a week during 1st summer
- June through August
- Overtime Available. Monday through Friday
- 7am start; end time depends on the day.
