For over 10 years, we've helped homeowners across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine enjoy their outdoor spaces by protecting them from mosquitoes, ticks, and other pests. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Mosquito & Tick Technicians. No experience is required—we provide paid training and all necessary equipment. What the Job Looks Like Drive a company vehicle to customer homes throughout the day Apply mosquito and tick treatments to residential and commercial properties Operate backpack sprayers and other treatment equipment Walk properties and identify areas where mosquitoes and ticks breed Communicate with customers and answer basic questions Complete service reports using a company-provided mobile device Work outdoors in varying weather conditions This is an active, outdoor position that involves walking, carrying equipment, and spending most of the day outside. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather Able to work independently and manage a daily route Good communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and willing to learn Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a criminal and driving background check Schedule Full-time 5 days per week 8-hour shifts Seasonal overtime opportunities during peak months Pay & Benefits Guaranteed draw starting at $3,500/month Uncapped commission opportunities Paid training and licensing Company vehicle and gas card Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Unlimited PTO 5 paid sick days Paid holidays Why Anchor Pest Services?
