Pest Management Professional

Anchor Pest Services is looking to hire and train individuals looking to become Pest Management Professionals (PMP) to join our team. This position will allow you to work primarily independently, but with a great team of support to help you succeed. No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and will help you get the proper licenses. Qualified candidates must be organized and detail oriented, have good verbal communication and computer skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service in a variety of situations. As a Pest Management Professional (PMP), you will be responsible for conducting inspections, developing treatment plans, and implementing effective pest control strategies. You will work closely with residential and commercial customers to eliminate pests and provide recommendations for preventing future infestations.

Responsiblities and Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Inspecting and Treating for pests and any conditions that could lead to pest activity
• Be comfortable working with insect and rodent pests in a variety of conditions
• Be able to work primarily outdoors, in all types of weather
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies and treatment plans
• Safely apply pesticides and other pest control products
• Provide recommendations to clients on preventing future pest problems
• Participating in continued company training and meetings
• Document services performed on a company-provided electronic device
• Being an interactive member of the Anchor Pest Services team
• Possess a valid driving license with a record that meets company standards
• Operate company vehicle and equipment according to company policies
• Must be able to work 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Pass a criminal and driving background check
