What You'll Do:
Generate new residential customers through canvassing efforts Educate homeowners about our pest control services and solutions Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers Follow proven sales systems and processes Track activity and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
What We're Looking For:
Competitive, self-motivated mindset Strong communication and people skills Coachable and eager to learn Reliable follow-through and personal accountability Positive attitude and strong work ethic No pest control experience required . If you've sold before, you'll likely ramp up quickly. If not, we'll train you.
Compensation & Benefits:
