Job Description

We're Atticare — a fast-growing home service company specializing in attic and crawl space solutions across New Jersey . We're expanding into residential and commercial pest control & Wildlife, and we're looking for the right partner, not just an employee. We're offering a real career upgrade : potential profit-sharing, and leadership opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years of hands-on pest control and wildlife experience (REQUIRED). Pest Control Applicators License is
REQUIRED
Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfort with residential and commercial environments. Willingness to lead from the field and the office. Knowledge of New Jersey pest control regulations is a big plus.
