Our Technicians are the face of the brand and the success of our company is dependent on them. If you're an organized, motivated self-starter who likes to work outside, we want you to join us! What you can expect Fun work environment ... OUTSIDE! Competitive pay and company vehicle Paid training (no experience necessary!) No nights and limited weekends What your days will look like You'll meet the team at the garage in the morning, grab your route and then spend your working hours outside You'll primarily work independently, but be you need to be open to work with a partner You'll visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks and other outdoor pests You'll thoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and procedures performed You'll maintain chemical and operational records in accordance with state requirements You'll handle pesticides in safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations You'll regularly inspect and repair equipment to ensure it's in peak condition Some non-negotiables Positive attitude! Valid driver's license with safe driving record Able to walk a customer property while carrying a 60 lbs backpack for long periods of time in warm temperatures Ability to complete state required certification program during initial training to commercially apply pesticides Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide, etc. Essential for proper mixing of chemicals. Customer first mentality & ability to proactively communicate
