Wildlife Removal Technician (2+ Years Experience)

Pestoff Exterminating is currently hiring an experienced full-time Wildlife Control Technician (2+ to 5+ years experience required) to service New Jersey Statewide. The role offers $25 - $33 per hour, plus commission, bonuses, and full company benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Inspection & Assessment:

Identify pest and wildlife entry points around residential and commercial properties.

Animal Removal & Relocation:

Safely handle wildlife (e.g., raccoons, squirrels, bats) according to local regulations.

Exclusion & Prevention:

Install barriers and seals to prevent future wildlife incursions. Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Apply treatments and maintain accurate service logs

Compensation:

Starting pay $25-$33 + overtime at 1.5x Unlimited sales commissions Paid training Sign-on bonus! Dental Insurance Requirements & Experience At least 2 years experience in wildlife removal Valid drivers license with clean driving record Physical suitability (position requires climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and other enclosed areas) Comfortable with confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) and working at elevated heights (ladders, roofs). Willingness to work overtime occasionally Ability to drive long distance occasionally Communication skills 7A license - a plus (not required)
