Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and New Mexico-certified Termite Service Technician to join our growing pest management team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on experience identifying, treating, and preventing both subterranean and drywood termite infestations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service while adhering to all state regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive termite inspections for residential and commercial properties Identify and diagnose infestations involving subterranean and drywood termites Apply appropriate treatment methods, including liquid treatments, baiting systems, and localized treatments Develop and explain treatment plans to customers in a clear, professional manner Complete all service documentation accurately and in compliance with New Mexico regulatory requirements Maintain equipment and ensure proper handling and application of pesticides Provide preventative recommendations to customers to reduce future infestations Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships Follow all state, federal, and company safety standards and protocols Requirements Valid New Mexico Pest Control License (Termite/Structural Pest category required) Minimum 2+ years of termite treatment experience Proven experience handling both subterranean and drywood termite treatments (preferred) Strong working knowledge of termite biology, behavior, and treatment methods Ability to read and interpret inspection reports and structural diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage route schedules efficiently Physical ability to perform inspections in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced termite treatment systems (baiting systems, foam applications, etc.) Strong sales or upselling experience in pest control services Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay (based on experience) 5% monthly bonus based on total revenue from completed services Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for advancement within the company Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Why Join Us We are a growing pest management company dedicated to quality service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
